That is the big question, the one that so many of our competitors seem reluctant to answer. Below you will find several example menus with detailied costings to help you plan your event and keep it within budget. Because we have such a wide menu selection with ideas from around the world we cannot list prices for everything. So do please give a a call and have a chat.

Rest assured that our use of only the finest ingredients combined with our culinary skills will ensure a perfect feast for you and your guests, whatever the occasion.
Freedom To Enjoy Your Day
With everything under our control, you can relax and enjoy your very special day to the full, in the certain knowledge that your catering arrangements are bound to impress your guests. Our experience and knowledge will grant you the freedom to enjoy your time socialising with friends and family without a care in the world.
We have tried to put together a range of packages that we hope will give you a basis for making an informed decision relating to your catering plans for your celebrations.
We have priced all of our offerings on an inclusive “cost per head” basis so as to make your budgeting easier. However, as we do not know your chosen venue, for example are you planning to hold the event in your back garden, or in a village hall, or in the grounds of a grand country house, or on the village green, or at the cricket club, it is impossible for us to be precise regarding your final costs. This should be born in mind when costing your event as in addition to the food you may have to pay for the venue and perhaps a marquee and a dance floor too. A live band, a disco or a toastmaster will all cost extra, as will providing endless free drinks for all your guests. However, if we can help you with any of these extra requirements please just ask, we have a wealth of experience and many, many, contacts for you to call upon.
Example Menus with Prices 2009
Roast Beef Perfection at £25.00 per head, based on 100 guests -
A simple, relaxed, informal fun gathering served buffet style onto china plates with silver style cutlery. Honest to goodness, roll up your sleeves and tuck in good English food, that everyone will enjoy. This is popular choice often held in the family garden on the day following a formal wedding celebration.
3 x Canapés for each guest on arrival served with a Pink Sparkling Wine (Champagne Style) or Bucks Fizz in a fluted glass. Handed to guests by two uniformed waitresses.
Generous slices of hand carved Hot Roast Sirloin of Prime English Beef served with Horseradish sauce, hot new boiled potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots and garden peas, served with a soft white, or brown, bread roll and butter
Or
The same basic dish as above served without the vegetables, but instead with a display of freshly prepared summer salads consisting of, mixed green leaf salad, a Greek salad with red onions, black olives, feta cheese, cucumber, olive oil plus a creamy coleslaw and horseradish salad to complement the Roast Beef and the fresh bread roll selection.
We have also allowed for ½ bottle of Red or White wine per guest to be served with the main course.
For dessert we have a choice of six superb “exclusive to us” desserts that we import directly from Pennsylvania, USA. Or for those who prefer something from a very local supplier we recommend our hand made fresh fruit salad selection served with jugs of fresh cream.
And finally, a cheese board selection featuring, Cheddar, Stilton and Brie served with crisp biscuits, butter and grapes.
A formal function for your family and friends
Priced at £75.00 per guest based on 100 guests
£7,500.00 inclusive of Flowers, Drinks, Serviced Bar, Live Entertainment
Our offering consists of a four course gourmet meal which is prepared especially for you and your guests by “Bon Cuisine”. Served to your guests seated at flower dressed round tables with qualit y china crockery and silverware laid on fine Irish White Linen, including the following courses of food, drinks and entertainment:
A selection of the finest hand crafted Canapés for each guest on arrival served with a Pink Champagne or Bucks Fizz in a fluted glass. Handed to guests by our uniformed waitresses.
Chef de cuisine freshly cooked and carved roast joints of superb local meats ( Free RangeBeef, Lamb or Pork) served with an avalanche of local fresh vegetables and accompanying traditional sauces. We have also allowed for 1 bottle of quality Red, or White wine per guest to be served with the meal.
For dessert we have a choice of various superb offerings (see below) . Or, for those who prefer something very seasonal we recommend hand made fresh fruit salad served with jugs of fresh cream accompanied by melted chocolate covered Profiter Rolls.
And finally, a cheese board selection featuring, Cheddar, Stilton and Brie served with crisp biscuits. Followed by coffee, liqueurs and mint chocolates plus Champagne for the toasts.
The price of £7,500.00 includes all food and wines as described, all catering and serving staff, a Serviced Bar (excluding additional drinks), and your choice of either Live Music or a Disco.
