Smell
Smell the fish, the coffee, or the bangers and mash with steaming onion gravy, or freshly picked strawberries, or garlic and onions cooking in the pan. Or perhaps for you it’s Roast Turkey hot from the oven with that distinctive smell of sage and onion stuffing. As with all food, it is the smell that first excites our taste buds
Perfume
Some dishes require us to use herbs and spices that some consider closely aligned with perfume, for example certain Thai cooking is often described as being perfumed. Whilst food from around the world often differs in smell from what we are used to, made from the best ingredients, it will always taste perfect.
Aroma
Yet another word that we use to describe the smell of food. “Ah! What a wonderful aroma”. However the word smell is defined, it is the smell that attracts us first. If you would like your guests to smell our sublime food at your event, then please give us a call today for a friendly chat about a possible booking for your next event. Your taste buds and your guests will be glad that you did.
